4.Is there any limit/cap to how much rebate can I earn from my Fuel Card usage to deduct the payment for my SF GPS solution?
There is no limit to the rebate you can earn. For every one litre of Fuels purchased via SF Fuel Card, you can enjoy RM0.02 worth of SF Fuel card rewards. The Reward will be reflected in your SF GPS invoice within One (1) month after the end of every three months of the Program Period.
5.Is there any joining fee or annual fee for SF Fuel Card?
There are currently no fees charged.
6.How do I apply for a SF Fuel Card?
Apply for a SF Fuel Card account by following the simple steps below:

Direct Debit Form
iii. Prepare the required documents according to the application form

7.On the SF Fuel Card Application Form, what is the difference between Menu V & W?
You may set the limits of product, daily, and monthly transactions by specifying them in the application form. Menu V allows card holder unlimited transactions per day, while Menu W limits the card to only 2 transactions per day. You can refer to the Purchase Restriction Menu V & W.
8.How do I cancel my SF Fuel Card if it is lost or stolen?
The authorised PIC of your SF Fuel Card account may report the loss immediately to SF Customer Care Team at 6011-2299 2255 to request for card blocking service. Then, submit a written notice and email to
[email protected] to avoid being held responsible for any fraudulent use of your card.
